Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a strong sales professional to join a leading firm based in Holywell. The successful candidate will be working with a team of six and will be responsible for following up on warm leads and up-selling a range of accessories to go along with the customers purchased products. As a strong sales person you will have knowledge of the sales process and be able to manage your time effectively to meet business targets. A strong customer focus with the ability to build and manage customer relationships is also a requirement of this role.

Your daily responsibilities as a sales consultant will include;

  • Be willing to learn and develop your knowledge of company products
  • Follow up on warm leads generated from past customers
  • Proactively manage your own area and time ensuring set targets are met / exceeded
  • Manage customer expectations, maintain good relations with internal and external parties including 3rd party suppliers
  • Be aware of products and services sold within the business and be able to explain technical requirements - training will be provided
  • Maintain accurate and efficient records on internal systems

We are keen to speak to anyone who can demonstrate the following skills and / or experience; 

  • Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Driven with the ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative 
  • Effectively prioritise and manage your workload
  • Good level of general IT ability; MS Office, CRM systems
  • Previous sales experience within B2B or B2C
  • Knowledge of Salesforce system
