Job Description
An award-winning established organisation is seeking a HR professional to join its team based in Denbighshire on a fixed term contract. This will offer you a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experiences within the housing industry. 

In the role of Assistant HR Advisor you will be:
  • The first point of contact for colleagues, Managers, applicants and other customers for all recruitment matters
  • Providing advice on a range of HR policies and procedures
  • HR monitoring and reporting 
  • Managing all recruitment activities in line with the business needs
To be considered for the Assistant HR Advisor you must have:
  • CIPD or equivalent experience 
  • Experience of using best practice recruitment & selection processes
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and manage own workload to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience of advising and supporting employee relation matters (absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Full driving licence with the ability to drive in the UK (highly desirable)
This is a full-time, fixed term contract until 31st August 2020 on an annual salary of up to £26,028 per annum plus company benefits.
