Learning and Development Administrator Job, Bangor, Gwynedd 

Are you looking to utilise your skills in a new and exciting role within a large public sector organisation? We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to work within a friendly environment providing comprehensive support to the Learning & Development Department.

In the role of Learning and Development Administrator Job, Bangor
, Gwynedd you will be: 
  • Supporting the Learning & Development team, being the main contact in terms of administration support
  • Organising Training events, booking venues, sending joining instructions 
  • Monitoring the L&D mailbox and responding to queries
  • Ensuring that the L&D intranet pages are kept up to date and staff are informed of any changes
  • Maintaining staff training records as per legislation and ensuring that they are kept up to date
  • Ensuring that all data is handled with the strictest of confidentiality
  • Carrying out a range of clerical tasks including typing, filing, photocopying and scanning and any other duties as requested by the line manager
To be considered for the Learning and Development Administrator Job, Bangor, Gwynedd you must have:
  • Strong administration experience including data handling
  • Experience of working within a Learning & Development or HR Team
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office including Excel, Power point and Word etc.
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with training suppliers
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information and work to deadlines
  • Basic Welsh communication skills is essential
  • A current Basic DBS Certificate is advantageous  
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday (37 hours per week), based in Bangor for a Fixed term contract until end of March 2020 with an Annual Salary of £18,810.
