 Project Manager – Events job, Conwy, North Wales
 

Looking to advance your Events career in a job that involves both national and international travel and working on a wide range of exciting projects? This close knit and passionate team work with clients of every scope and size, including some of the world’s most recognised global brands and deliver full event logistics and production services including venue sourcing –5000 client events in over 80 countries around the world so far! Types of events have ranged from congresses to exhibitions, reward & recognition events, roadshows, conferences, product launches and corporate hospitality.

In the Project Manager – Events job, Conwy, North Wales you will be responsible for the global delivery of a range of projects from brief through to delivery. Your responsibilities, depending on your level of experience, will include:

  • Managing events from brief through to delivery
  • Acting as a central point of client contact
  • Developing proposals and event solutions
  • Organising full event logistics
  • Contracting and managing suppliers including venues, DMCs etc
  • Liaising with internal departments such as venue sourcing and production
  • Overseeing the delegate registration process
  • Managing event budgets
  • Attending and running the events and being the main point of contact

For the Project Manager – Events job, Conwy, North Wales we are looking for candidates that can demonstrate:

  • Client facing experience with exceptional customer service skills
  • A methodical approach to work, with excellent project management and time management skills
  • Strong computer literacy and software skills

  • The flexibility to travel (a current valid passport and some weekends)

While the ideal candidate may have previously worked in the events, exhibition, hospitality or travel industry, or have prior experience with an event agency, this company will also consider candidates who have the qualities outlined above, the ability to work under pressure and a commitment to delivering the very best customer service.

This is a full-time permanent position working typically Monday – Friday 9 am-5:30 pm and as required to fulfill project requirements.
