An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operational Support Administrator / Weighbridge Operator to take responsibility for the smooth operation of the company's computerised weighbridge system. This is a full-time temporary role for approximately 2 weeks working for a licensed recycling facility on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey.
As a Weighbridge Operative / Administrator your duties will be to:
- Ensure all administration tasks and associated paperwork is kept in order
- Deal with customers/visitors coming onto site
- Receiving and responding to enquiries and referring to the appropriate department
- Dealing with enquiries from customers, contractors and visitors that attend site in person and over the phone
- Provide high levels of customer service
- Processing forms and inputting data onto in house systems
- General office/administration including making appointments and keeping records up to date

This is a temporary, full-time role for 5 weeks over the Christmas period working Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 16.30pm, and Friday either 8.30am – 16.00pm, or 9am – 16.30pm (which ever suits, client can offer some flexibility with start times). In exchange you will receive a competitive hourly pay rate of £13.47 plus accrued holiday pay.
