In the Customer Calls Advisor job, you will be:
- First point of contact for customer telephone, email and letter enquiries and follow ups, providing support and guidance
- Contacting customers to update information held on the system and undertaking checks to see if assistance is needed in any way
- Updating system information/records and any other admin duties as required
To be considered for the Customer Calls Advisor job must have:
- Extensive experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT and keyboard skills with experience of using Windows based applications
- Ability to speak Welsh to level 3
This is a temporary, full time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) on a week by week basis however is likely to last 5 months. The hourly rate is £14.21 p/h plus benefits including holiday pay, weekly pay and Corporate discount for Conwy Ffit. This role is office based near Llandudno.
