In the role of Medical Secretary, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high levels of secretarial support whilst dealing with sensitive or contentious information
- Being first point of contact for the department by phone, email and face to face, providing advice on a wide range of matters
- General administration tasks including diary management, appointment making, file management, letter typing, data inputting and arranging and taking minutes for meetings
To be considered for the Medical Secretary job, you must have:
- High levels of secretarial and administration skills and experience
- IT, typing and word processing skills
- A compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle themselves well in stressful situations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
This is a temporary role for initially 3 months, working full time hours, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. You'll be based in their offices in Bodelwyddan and starting on a salary in the region of £13.00 per hour plus benefits.
