An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and efficient Fluent Welsh Administrator, to work on a series of high-profile projects based in Bangor, Gwynedd.
You will be required to provide administrative support to the project team such as filing, note taking, arranging meetings, producing agendas and taking minutes, dealing with correspondence and enquiries. Other duties may be required as necessary.
As a Fluent Welsh Administrator, you should:
- Have previous office and administration experience, ideally working on projects
- Worked previously for a local Council (desirable)
- Have excellent IT skills and knowledge of the Microsoft packages
- Minute taking and arranging meetings experience
- Previous experience of record keeping and document control
- Be able to work efficiently and with initiative
- Be Fluent Welsh Speaking
This role is being offered on an ongoing part-time temporary basis, though may become permanent for the right candidate. Working hours will typically be one day per week but may increase to 2 – 3 days per week during busy periods and are flexible on working days between Monday - Friday. In return, an attractive hourly rate of £12 is on offer depending on experience, plus holiday pay.
