In the Sales Operations Specialist job, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing a set of business activities and processes to help with sales processes and strategies to reach company goals and expansion plans. This will include: 
    • Managing sales data and analytics, tracking pipelines, and assisting in management of sales tools
    • Ensuring record keeping and the quality and accuracy of data held in the CRM system is to high standards
  • Assisting with the strategic planning of the sales and marketing team by providing insight to support with the developing and maintaining reports and reporting of KPI’s 
  • Analysing and evaluating operational performance metrics and resources, as well as plotting metrics against the Company’s operational plans and strategic goals
  • Creating a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes by refining customer segmentation, assisting with territory management
  • Supporting the Head of Sales Operations with Go-To-Market activity for new products, features, or updates
  • Working with the sales team to understand obstructions within the sales and onboarding process and assisting with creating relevant solutions
To be considered for the Sales Operations Specialist job, you will need:
  • Proven data handling and sales administration experience with the skill to interpret data and provide digestible insights
  • Strong IT skills including; data handling / interpretation, use of a range of CRM systems, extensive MS Excel and business intelligence tools
  • Self-motivation with the ability to deliver goals with minimal supervision
  • Analytical, problem solving, prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly yet confident approach
  • The ability to work within a team and share knowledge to help create a new dimension or skill set to the existing team
This is a permanent, full-time role working 5 days a week in their offices in Colwyn Bay. Hybrid working is available at 3-6 months within the role. In return, a salary of £23k – 30k per annum depending on skills and experience is on offer, plus a great range of employee benefits.
