In the Business Administrator job, you will be:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
- Administration tasks; filing and archiving, data handling, compiling reports, managing diaries, scheduling minutes,
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations and databases
- Other duties as and when required
To be considered for the Business Administrator role you must have:
- Previous administration and reception experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Great IT skills inc. the use of Microsoft Office packages
This is a temporary role for initially 6-8 weeks, working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week (8.30am to 5pm). The role is based in Mold and is on an hourly rate of £10.50 per hour plus holiday pay whilst on the assignment.
