In the Executive PA / Secretary job, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive administration support to the Directors; call handling, diary management, letter writing, presentation preparation, minute taking and arranging meetings, travel and accommodation
- Developing and maintaining office systems to ensure effective management of data and keeping accurate records of itineraries and costs
- Handling specific correspondence and documentation on behalf of Directors
- Dealing with legal queries along with project management support including procurement

Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety and complying with all relevant Health and Safety legislation

Identify opportunities to further grow site revenue through additional activities, new marketing initiatives, new offers and upselling, improvements etc. and feed these in to the marketing team

Continually look for ways to maximise commercial opportunities, ensuring non-adventure operations are given equal focus
To be considered for the Executive PA / Secretary job, you will need:
- Previous PA / Secretarial / Office Management experience
- Ability to build rapport and develop working relationships, meet targets, use own initiative and manage own time and resources
- Team spirit with an ability to create a culture to achieve service levels and improvements against set targets
- Excellent customer service, communication, organisational and management skills
- Strong office skills including administration and compliance
- A good eye for detail, strong accuracy and be efficient with all elements of work and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT skills including word processing skills using Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, designing skills using Publisher or similar and good typing skills
- Flexibility to adjust to change and development
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday on a temporary period of 6 months initially. The role is based in Llanrwst and would be on an hourly rate of £15.38 depending on skills and experience PLUS the potential of many other company benefits including free activities, family & friend discounts, Employee Assistant Programme, referral schemes, local retailer discounts along with holiday pay and pension accrual.
