Bring your compassionate and caring nature into a role where you will support a local organisation in providing front line support to a very busy and diverse department.
In the Administrator role you will be responsible for:
- Delivering front line customer service support to the department ensuring internal and external customers are kept up to date
- Answering the phones, directing calls and taking messages, dealing with queries and complaints whilst resolving any issues that may occur
- Administration duties including maintaining records, handling confidential data and responsible for the incoming and outgoing postal duties
- Helping other departments with admin duties as and when required
If you have the following skills and experience we would love to hear from you:
- Previous reception & administration experience
- Excellent customer service & communication skills with a compassionate and caring nature
- Strong knowledge of confidentiality and data protection
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and working within a diverse role
- A current DBS certificate (advantage)
This is a temporary role on a week by week basis. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. The role will be office based in Colwyn Bay and is on an hourly rate of £9.50 per hour plus holiday pay.
