Job Description
A local organisation based in Colwyn Bay is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to support their team from the comfort of your own home! This is an opportunity to develop your skills and experiences within the education sector. 

In the role of HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting human resource and pay functions across the department & other areas of the service
  • Providing recruitment services for schools including drafting and preparing advertisements, preparing & issuing contracts and appointment letters, applications, changes of employee circumstances, recruitment processes including new starters & leavers process 
  • Training processes which includes processing and arranging commissioned training events and externally sourced training events
To be considered for the HR Administrator job you must have:
  • Previous administration experience
  • High level of confidentiality required given the nature of the service area
  • An ability to communicate in Welsh fluently (advantage)
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a temporary, full-time (Monday to Friday) job for a period of 6 weeks initially on an hourly salary of £9.81 per hour plus holidays. 
These roles will be home based however you will need to be able to travel locally to collect IT equipment and complete an induction.
