Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a vibrant expanding team.  This role offers you career progression with the UK's largest independent suppliers.  

Working from their head office based in Llangefni, you will cover temporary, permanent and contract roles across all branches to support HR in the recruitment process. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from taking a vacancy through to placing a candidate in a position.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of success within the recruitment role. Experience of business development, account management and sales would be highly desirable.

The following skills and experience will also be needed:

  • Proven experience of delivering against deadlines
  • Experience of working in a B2B environment as an Account Manager, Sales Executive or Recruiter
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • IT Literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • The ability to communicate fluently in Welsh would be desirable.

This is a Full-Time permanent position working 37.5 hours a week. In return, you will be rewarded with a salary of between £23,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience), an eligible for the for the company bonus scheme.
