Job Description

One of North Wales’ leading not-for-profit organisations is growing from strength to strength and is now seeking a Case Coordinator to join its expanding team as they meet increased demand for their services, providing a range of combined services aimed at supporting people to flourish in the workplace.  

The Case Coordinator plays a key role in overseeing a client journey.  If you are experienced at managing a caseload of clients in an employment setting, then this could be the perfect career opportunity for you.

As the Case Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Providing professional and empathetic support as the single point of contact for a case load of clients
  • Conducting initial needs assessments
  • Developing and coordinating the delivery of a solution-focussed action plan
  • Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring support
  • Liaising with health professionals, therapists and employers as appropriate to provide a tailored, holistic support aimed at improving the client’s wellbeing for work

We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • A good standard of education with Level 2 or above in counselling and/or a coaching qualification (desirable)
  • An understanding of mental health and wellbeing issues, and an understanding of the various challenges faced by people in finding and sustaining employment
  • Strong administration skills, able to maintain and organise records
  • IT literate and a good understanding of Microsoft Office including word and outlook
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills particularly coaching, negotiating, active listening and influencing
  • Able to deal with sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
  • Ability to work alone using own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Be pro-active with a good work ethic and flexible in tasks

This is a full-time fixed term position initially until September 2021 although may get extended, with a salary of £20-357 - £24, 670 per annum on offer (depending on skills and experience). 

This role is currently remote working; 37 hours per week Monday to Friday due to Covid restrictions, with a move towards office working and face to face delivery in line with Government guidance at offices in Bangor, Gwynedd once restrictions are lifted.
