Job Description

Are you an experienced Executive PA looking for a new challenge?  Supertemps are recruiting for a Welsh speaking Personal Assistant on a full-time temporary basis, to join an established organisation where no two days are the same.  Based in modern offices in the heart of Anglesey just off the A55 this role is easily commutable from Bangor, Caernarfon, and Conwy.

In the Executive PA job, you will be: 

  • Working closely with the Executive team, providing a range of dedicated support services to ensure that they are able to work effectively, efficiently and quickly
  • Providing a comprehensive and responsive range of administration duties
  • Dealing with all incoming calls, emails and post
  • Diary management, arrange meetings, meeting rooms and refreshments (if required)
  • Prepare papers for meetings, collating and formatting reports as necessary, and taking minutes
  • Undertake all clerical/typing duties, dealing with sensitive/confidential information
  • Undertake research e.g., internally to the organisation and externally
  • Collating statistical information and data
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing both electronic and paper form
  • Acting as the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation, screening calls, enquiries and requests always providing excellent customer service

To be considered for the Executive PA role you must have:

  • Previous demonstrable experience in a Executive PA role
  • Fluent in Welsh both written and verbal
  • High level of confidentiality required given the nature of the service area
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent administration skills including electronic diary management, arranging meetings and taking minutes
  • Ability to manage a large and diverse, often complicated workload with minimal supervision

This is a full-time job working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, with a mixture of remote working and office based with an hourly pay rate of £11.27 plus holiday pay  for a temporary period of two months to cover a period of maternity.
