Job Description
Put your audio typing and secretarial skills to the test in a role that will be the start of a new career! Work for an established organisation based in the heart of Colwyn Bay where you will be part of a friendly team. 

In the Secretary job you will be:
  • Responsible for audio typing and providing administration support to the organisation
  • Receiving and making telephone calls and dealing with enquiries both internally and externally
  • Data handling, making appointments, managing filing systems and other general office administration tasks
  • Dealing with the collection, delivery and dispatch of post
  • Covering reception as and when required
To be considered for the Secretary job you must have:
  • Strong audio typing and administration skills (essential)
  • Recent office / clerical based experience 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary 
  • The ability to touch type is desirable
  • Good IT and organisational skills
This is a permanent role working full time Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm with a salary of up to £17,500 per annum depending on skills and experience plus benefits. This role is office based from their premises in Colwyn Bay however please note that restrictions and social distancing guidelines are in place to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
