Job Description
A well established, local business is looking for an experienced Commercial Invoice Clerk to join its expanding team.
 
As a Commercial Invoice Clerk you will be responsible for:
  • Gathering information from current projects
  • Matching invoices to the projects and processing them via internal software packages
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to resolve invoice queries
  • Ensure supplier data is kept up-to-date and is accurate
  • Other administration duties as required
We are keen to see your CV for the Commercial Invoice Clerk job if you have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in an accounting environment (essential)
  • Good knowledge and experience of accounting software packages
  • A fast learner & show willingness to learn new processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Data Input and IT skills
  • Be resilient and persevere through difficult systems
  • Demonstrate the tenacity to keep going to get the job completed
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Welsh Speaking Desirable 
This is a full time, temporary role (Monday - Friday) until the end of June. However, could become permanent for the right candidate. Salary is between £18,000 - £20,000 dependent on skills and experience and is based near Caernarfon.
