In the Finance Assistant job, you will be responsible for:
- Sales / purchase ledger duties
- Data inputting confidential information via internal software packages
- Other administration duties as and when required
To be considered for the Finance Assistant job, you will need:
- Strong IT skills including data handling, MS Excel, Word and computerised accounting software programmes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
- Previous accounts / finance experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage a high-volume workload
- Ability to converse through the medium of Welsh is desirable but not essential
This is a full or part time temporary role to cover a temporary period of initially 2 months. The role is based in Caernarfon although possibilities of remote working will be available. The hourly rate would be £9 - £9.50 plus holiday accrual.
