Job Description
A Local Authority organisation is seeking an experienced administrator to join its team from the comfort of your own home. This role will offer you a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experiences within the Social Care sector.

In the Business Support Officer job you will be:
  • Minute taking for formal and complex meetings 
  • Providing administrative business support to the department including a range of clerical tasks such as data handling/entry, updating records, filing, photocopying and audio typing
  • Dealing with clients over the telephone & sign posting to relevant area
To be considered for the Business Support Officer job you must have:
  • Previous experience within a similar customer service / administration role
  • Minute taking experience
  • Data entry and copy typing experience with the aptitude/ability to take minutes to laptop and ideally audio/copying typing
  • Good general office and IT skills including the use of Excel, PARIS and Touch point.
Please note, the department support sensitive, complex and distressing subjects for which a high level of emotional resilience is required in the role.
 
This is a full time vacancy working 37 hours per week working Monday to Friday on an hourly rate of £9.00 per hour plus any accrued holiday time whilst on the assignment. This is a temporary role working until Mid March 2021 working from home due to the current current circumstances.
