Job Description

In the Site Assistant / Administrator you will be:

  • Managing enquiries on the phone and face to face from internal staff, customers and suppliers
  • Completing all necessary administration tasks, following internal software systems and payment transactions with both new and existing customers 
  • Opening up the site and completing all relevant checks ensuring the site presentation is clean and to high standards
  • Showing customers around the site and negotiating storage solutions with them
  • Interacting with customers to provide excellent levels of customer service (in ideally both Welsh and English) and acting as a brand ambassador
  • Undertaking some of the marketing activity, particularly on Social Media 

To succeed in the Site Assistant / Administrator you will need:

  • Previous experience working in an office environment withing a similar customer facing role
  • Customer focused with good communication, listening and rapport building skills
  • Excellent IT and administration skills with strong attention to detail 
  • To be able to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
  • The ability to work within a small team as well as long working

This is a permanent part-time role working 20 hours per week, which will include working half days, full days and Saturdays. In return you will receive a pay rate of £9.00 per hour with a view to increase after 1 year in the role and is based in the county of Conwy.
