Job Description
Looking to build on your chef experience as part of a team delivering a delicious and well-presented menu? We are looking for an experienced, creative and passionate Chef-De-Partie with a passion for food and creative flair using fresh ingredients to join the team at a successful family run hotel. 
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
  • participating in building up the reputation of the hotel restaurant
  • Preparing and delivering fresh food to the highest standard of quality and consistency
  • Working on the a variety of stations
  • Catering for Food service times (Breakfast & Dinner)
  • Maintaining Health and Safety, Food Hygiene Standards and all COSHH regulations
We would love to see your CV if you have:
  • Prior chef experience preparing meals from fresh ingredients
  • Previous experience preparing food to a high standard
  • To work well under pressure with the ability to multi-task
  • To be committed and reliable with good communication skills
  • An up to date Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
This is a permanent full-time position working approx 45/50 hours per week including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. On a 5 days on 2 days off Rota Basis. The salary for the role is between £22,000 to £23,500 dependent on skills and experience. Accommodation provided if needed & Own transport will be helpful as the location and hours are difficult on the public transport route.
