Job Description

One of the UK’s market leading manufacturer’s is growing from strength to strength and is now seeking a Sales Executive based in Llangefni, on the stunning island of Anglesey to join its expanding customer centric team.

As the Customer Service Administrator your duties will include:

  • Being the first response in answering inbound calls
  • To Manage and resolve customer complaints and queries on a daily basis, ensuring all data is recorded and all necessary parties are kept informed
  • Being the sole contact for logistics Companies ensuring communication and data being recorded
  • To Manage and resolve Customer Returns requests, ensuring all data is recorded and all necessary parties are kept informed
  • Ensuring all POD’s are sent in a timely manner to Customers requesting them, including POD’s for site deliveries
  • To Meet and exceed the agreed annual performance objectives
  • Achieving team and individual targets as set by Sales Management Team in time scales agreed
  • To Ensure a high level of team relationships exist internally & externally
  • To Ensure that customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion. Where relevant, such matters must be escalated to the Internal Sales Team Leader
  • Responsibility for ensuring that appropriate approvals are attained should levels of price reduction outside of your parameters be required
  • Ensuring that the external sales team is kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts
  • Ensuring the rest of the internal sales team are kept informed of developments within your customer range should you be absent or if the account has any cross over activities
  • To Process Sales Orders on to IT System when required - This involves ensuring the Order is processed onto the correct Customer Account, correct part codes are selected, correct delivery destination is recorded, and correct lead time is recorded and communicated to the Customer
  • Performing any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Sales Management Team
  • To attend product or any other training as arranged by Sales Management Team
  • Ensuring that customer queries that cannot be dealt with satisfactorily are to be passed to a member of the Sales Management Team
  • Maintaining a professional standard at all times
  • To be punctual, be polite and courteous to customers at all times

We would love to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales / customer focused role
  • Proven account management experience with the skill to build rapport and develop key relationships across a wide range of personalities
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a friendly yet confident approach. 
  • The ability to listen and respond to customers to ensure a quality driven service
  • To be sales / customer focused with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • To be able to work in a fast paced environment dealing with returns, complaints and other general enquiries
  • Good administration and IT skills with experience of using CRM systems

This is a full time, temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent after 3 months for the right candidate working Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, and Friday 8am - 4pm.  In exchange you will receive a salary of £18,000 per annum which works out as £9.23 per hour.
