Job Description
An opening has arisen for an experienced minute taker to work within a team environment for a company who is very supportive and invest time in their staff. You will be working in an exciting, fast-paced role supporting the department for an ongoing temporary basis. 

In the Minute Taker / Administrator Job you will be: 
  • Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes (ideally direct to laptop)
  • Providing administrative and word processing support to the team including data handling, diary management telephone and email enquiries and photocopying
To be considered for the Minute Taker / Administrator Job you must have:
  • Confidence in taking accurate minutes at meetings
  • Experience working within a team in an office environment   
  • Fast and precise typing skills
  • Knowledge of office procedures including word processing, filing and databases
  • Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
This is a part time vacancy working Monday - Wednesday for a temporary basis of 8 to 12 weeks. The hourly pay rate is £8.58 per hour plus any accrued holiday time whilst on the assignment.
