Internal Sales Executive Job, Anglesey, North Wales

In the Internal Sales Executive Job, Anglesey, North Wales you will be:

  • Maintaining, managing and developing relationships with existing and new customers
  • Maximising sales opportunities, continually up-selling and pro-actively seeking new business
  • Dealing with a range of communications (phone, email or post) and completing all sales administration, processing orders and ensuring all information is accurate
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Working to achieve individual sales targets and KPI’s
  • Dealing with customer complaints and managing the sales process
  • Utilising our clients project management and CRM system
  • Managing the sales process from beginning to end ensuring that queries and order cancellations are resolved and expedited quickly f
To be considered for the Internal Sales Executive Job, Anglesey, North Wales you will need:
 
  • Previous experience in a sales / customer focused role including previous Telesales experience
  • Proven account management experience with the skill to build rapport and develop key relationships across a wide range of personalities
  • The ability to understand the sales process
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a friendly yet confident approach. 
  • The ability to listen and respond to customers to ensure a quality driven service
  • The ability to work within a team and share knowledge
  • To be sales and customer focused - be able to maximise sales opportunities
  • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge on a daily basis
  • Good administration and IT skills with experience of using CRM systems
  • GCSE/A Level education is essential

This is a permanent, full time role working Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, and Friday 8am - 4pm.  In exchange you will receive a starting salary of £18,500 per annum plus annual bonus at a rate of 15% on base salary.
