Minute Taker/Administrator Job, Llanymynech, Powys
We are looking for an experienced administrator with extensive minute taking experience to cover our client for a short term assignment.

In the Minute Taker/Administrator Job, Llanymynech, Powys you will be: 
  • Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes for sensitive and complex forums
  • Providing administrative and word processing support to the team including note taking and processing paperwork
To be considered for the Minute Taker/Administrator Job, Llanymynech, Powys you must have:
  • Confidence in taking accurate minutes at meetings of a sensitive nature  
  • Fast and precise typing skills
  • Knowledge of office procedures including word processing, filing and databases
  • Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A calm and courteous professional manner
  • An understanding of the need for confidentiality
This is short term temporary assignment covering 2 dates over the next couple of weeks at an attractive rate of £13.00 per hour, plus holiday pay.
