Job Description
Quality Assistant, Ruthin, North Wales
Are you a flexible, adaptable and highly motivated person? Do you have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail? If so, we would like to speak with you.
We are recruiting for a Quality Assistant to primarily control all of the companies quality documentation in respect of manufacturing processes and customer interfaces. 
The right person for this role will possess a strategic approach to their work, have good analytical and problem-solving skills and an appreciation of disciplines such as engineering and science.  The role will require a high degree of numerical and statistical analysis and a good level of planning and project management skills. 
In the role of Quality Assistant, Ruthin, North Wales you will be responsible for: 
Devising and establishing quality procedures, standards and specifications
Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met
Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety
Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures

To be considered for the Quality Assistant, Ruthin, North Wales you must have:   
  • Strong administration skills
  • Min. qualification level of GSCE in Maths and English
  • Specialist system knowledge isn't essential although an understanding of ISO 9001 would be useful
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • An analytical and problem-solving approach to work
  • Planning and project management skills
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team 
  • The ability to facilitate change
The position is being offered on a permanent basis with working hours of Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and 8:00am - 12:00pm on Friday with a competitive starting salary dependent on experience.
