Job Description
Are you an experienced Financial Analyst who is capable of providing effective finance support to global projects? If so, our Financial Analyst role could be ideal for you! 
 
Our client, a global manufacturing organisation, is searching for a Financial Analyst to join their financial team. As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing effective, efficient and confident support to a corporate internal team who operate across numerous global initiatives. Essentially, the role of the Financial Analyst is to drive continually improve the various business systems and establish a long term forecasting model which can be implemented across the business. Operating in a fast and ever changing environment, the Financial Analyst must be able to quickly adapt to support the business functions and provide continued support to the finance team in a highly competitive market. 
 
Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst: 
 
- Creation and analysis of annual budget reports 
- Contribute towards market analysis to analyse financial risk for the organisation
- Drive cost awareness with cost reduction aim in mind
- Continually sustaining the monthly forecast cycles to remain consistent with business requirements whilst also reviewing variances from previous budgets
- Improvements to the local and corporate financial reporting systems 
 
To be successful as the Financial Analyst, you will have the following skills: 
 
- Qualified with a recognised accountancy or finance body such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Ability to coordinate with senior managers and business stakeholders to review and target business operations depending upon the financial capabilities
- Expert across ERP systems
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft excel with confidence in creating pivot tables, formulae, lookup tables, graphs and SQL reporting 
- Outstanding analytical skills with a leading sense of attention to detail 
-Naturally motivated and highly responsive to business change
