Customer Service Advisor, Anglesey, North Wales.

Are you enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent standards of customer service? Do you enjoy dealing with people? We have a temporary, full time opportunity on a month by month basis for a Customer Service Advisor to work within our clients busy team based on the beautiful island of Anglesey, North Wales.

In the Customer Service Advisor Job, Anglesey, North Wales you will be:
  • Ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner whilst maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Acting as the first point of contact for telephone calls, correspondence and front of house reception duties
  • Helping to resolve customer concerns and complaints
  • Recording information accurately on our clients database, ensuring that computerised and manual recording systems are regularly updated
  • Contacting and assisting clients and external organisations 
To be considered for the Customer Service Officer Job, Anglesey, North Wales you must have:  
  • Previous experience of using a computer database system
  • Previous experience of clerical/administrative work in an office environment
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Experience with dealing with members of the public
  • Must be fluent in Welsh both written and verbal

This is a full-time temporary role with an hourly rate of £9.50 on offer plus holiday pay.
