Job Description
 You will be joining a well established and growing SME based in Ellesmere Port with easy transport links to the M53 and Cheshire Oaks. This organisation established in 2006 is about to enter an exciting time as they venture into new business areas over the coming months. Based in the heart of Ellesmere Port and offering free parking on site this little gem of a business would offer the successful candidate permanent employment within a friendly but hard-working team.

Reporting to the finance manager this role will include providing a high standard of administration support to customers needing assistance with building maintenance across the UK. You will be the first point of contact regarding and repairs or issues and will be solely responsible for ensuring these matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Responsibility for ensuring the contractor database is maintained and remains compliant to industry standard will also be a part of your duties as well as ensuring contractors offer a cost effective service. This role also carries an element of finance and will require the processing of sales and purchase orders as well as processing credit card statements for employees relating to expenses.

To be successful in this role you will be required to be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational ability as well as being used to managing diary's and liaising with multiple sources. Excellent communication and organisation skills are paramount to this role as is the ability to use Microsoft office packages including excel to a basic level. Basic accounts experience would be preferred however this is not essential.

This organisation offers a friendly working environment along with 22 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking on site, private healthcare and critical illness cover along with an excellent remuneration of between £20,000 - 22,000 per annum dependant on experience. Hours of work will cover 30hrs over no less than four days but ideally over five. The office hours are between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
