Job Description
 

You will be joining a well established and growing SME based in Ellesmere Port with easy transport links to the M53 and Cheshire Oaks. This organisation established in 2006 is about to enter an exciting time as they venture into new business areas over the coming months. Based in the heart of Ellesmere Port and offering free parking on site this little gem of a business would offer the successful candidate permanent employment within a friendly but hard-working team.

 

Reporting to the operations manager the duties of this role will include liaising closely with the sales team to assist in providing accurate and timely quotations to customers, this would include heavily the use of spreadsheets to calculate cost and other items. This role will grow as you do with the company and the successful candidate will eventually be responsible for 90% of the quotations prepared through the business. Effective diary and time management is essential to ensure equipment is installed and necessary paperwork is completed on time and remains compliant. Liaising with both internal and external parties will be a daily requirement and you must be comfortable communicating across all levels. The office management side of this role will include overseeing the general running of the office ensuring necessary tasks are completed and taking responsibility for issues that may arise.

 

This role requires an experienced administrator with accurate and efficient organisation skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels. Accuracy is paramount to this role and a head for figures would be beneficial. You must be able to use Microsoft packages in particular Excel to an intermediate level, this will be tested before being put forward for interview. 

 

This organisation offers a friendly working environment along with 22 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking on site, private healthcare and critical illness cover along with an excellent remuneration of between £22,000 - £24,000 per annum dependant on experience. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
