Project Administrator job, Abergele, North Wales

In the Project Administrator job based in Abergele, North Wales, you will be:
  • Working as an integral part of a successful team, working on a variety of projects and keeping the department running smoothly and efficiently
  • liaising with the team to progress client projects and ensuring they're delivered on time, according to the client brief and within budget
  • liaising with suppliers to source quotes, confirm and deliver projects
  • day to day project assistance including proof-reading, website population and version control
  • using project management software to open, update and close projects
  • general administration including invoicing, processing leave requests, reconciling credit card statements and answering the phone
To be successful in the Project Administrator job in Abergele, North Wales you will need:

  • It would be an advantage if you have: an understanding of the design process; experience working in a creative environment such as design, branding, advertising or marketing; or a qualification in a related subject such as design, marketing, business or project management
 
This is a full time job working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm. In return for your enthusiasm and hard work you will receive a package including: annual salary of up to £17000/year dependent on skills and experience; annual bonus scheme; 25 holiday days per year plus bank holidays, company pension; private medical insurance; and internal and external training and development opportunities with this Investors in People - Gold accredited company.
